Home Repair Application Round 1

Status:  Currently accepting applications

Date Opened:  November 21, 2025
Last Day applications will be accepted:  3:00 PM – January 6, 2026

1. Are you listed on the deed of your home as the owner?  (Paying a mortgage is okay!)

2. Are you located in Cumberland County, or a surrounding county?

3. Does your household earn less than the program income limits linked below?

4. Do you lack the money to pay for the repairs yourself?

5. Are your property taxes caught up and the home insured?

6. Is your repair necessary to keep living in the home safely and comfortably?

7. Is your home built on a permanent foundation?

If you can answer yes to all those questions, then you are likely going to be eligible for repair assistance.  Apply now for assistance that can improve safety, health, and accessibility for eligible homeowners.

Qualification Information
✔ A household member is 60+ or meets special-needs criteria

✔ Household income meets program limits

✔ Applicant is an owner-occupant (ie at least one applicant must be listed on the ownership deed and live in the home)
✔ Single detached home, or a qualifying manufactured home

✔ Home is insured and property taxes are current
