Qualification Information
A household member is 60+ or meets special-needs criteria

– Click here to learn more about the income threshold Applicant is an owner-occupant (ie at least one applicant must be listed on the ownership deed and live in the home) Single detached or qualifying manufactured home
– Click here to learn more about the property requirements Home is insured and property taxes are current
