Once submitted, your application comes straight to our staff members, who will reach out to you within 3 business days (we are closed on Fridays).

What to Expect
We have professionals on staff who will contact you after your application has been received.
What we do upon receiving your information:
- Analyze your application & request any needed accompanying documents.
- Run your information through any viable loan, grant, or other products we have at the time.
- If you are eligible for a program, we will help you get approved for that program.
We may contact you regarding additional documentation or to ask further questions.
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8am – 4pm. (Holidays, significant negative weather, or high volume rates may slow down our response time.) We do recommend appointments.
