Laykn New Construction
Creative Compassion’s Layken Lane project is a new construction affordable home designed to provide long-term stability, comfort, and efficiency for a local family. Built through our affordable homeownership program, this energy-efficient home will feature high-performance windows, exterior doors, and appliances that help reduce utility costs and support sustainable homeownership. Located in the Upper Cumberland, the Layken Lane home reflects our commitment to helping families achieve safe, healthy, and affordable housing that remains attainable for years to come.
